Start with half a day. Go further only if it earns it.
Every engagement is time-boxed, runs on the AI your practice already owns, and ends with the return calculated on your own numbers.
Start here
AI Starter Workshop
A working session, not a presentation. We cost the one or two workflows already taking time out of your practice, you choose which one the session builds, and your team runs it on their own work until it holds.
It is built around the objection every practice has. The day runs in blocks, and only the people who will run the workflow sit through the hands-on one, so the rest of your team keeps seeing patients while it happens.
| Format | Up to four hours, on-site or virtual |
| Who attends | Whoever runs the workflow you choose, plus the owner at each end |
| Time off the floor | An hour for the owner, the session for the team running it |
| Runs on | A workflow you choose, your tools and your own data |
Everyone leaves with a workflow they can run again on Monday, saved inside the tools they already use. Before we leave we agree the measure that decides whether it worked. Thirty days later we check it with you.
Where practices go next
Two heavier engagements, when the Workshop shows they are needed.
Neither of these is a step you have to take. They exist because the Workshop sometimes surfaces a problem that half a day cannot finish.
One department, one day
AI Build Day
You name the department that hurts most. We spend a full day in it, and your department lead does the building while we map, coach and correct. They leave owning workflows they built themselves, with a written procedure for each one and a plan for training the rest of the team.
The Workshop has shown you exactly where the bottleneck is, and you have a lead who can give it a day.
When it has to be engineered
AI Turnkey
Some work is beyond a coached day. Payer logic, an integration between systems, a workflow that has to be redesigned from the ground up. We scope it, design it, build it, test it and hand it over, with your team trained on the finished system and a guide a new hire can learn from.
Nobody has the capacity to own the build, or the work genuinely needs engineering rather than configuration.
Not sure which one you need?
Then it is the Workshop. It is the smallest commitment we offer and the fastest way to find out where your practice is actually losing time. By the end of the session your team will know what they want to do next, and so will you.
If the first engagement does not earn the next one, there is no next one.
